Good experience, although turn-around is a bit slow both for comments and publication. My article will not be published until over a year after it was accepted because of their backlog. On the other hand, they accepted my revise and resubmit almost a year after I was given comments. The editor is very cordial and transparent with the process.
They take much longer (more than double) than the 4 months they say they do to let you know if they will accept your article or not.
