The scope of the Journal focuses on theoretical and empirical research in the Arts, Humanities and Social Science. The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts with the theoretical or empirical aspects of the following broadly defined areas:
- Anthropology
- Communication studies
- Cultural studies

- History
- Industrial relations
- International relations
- Journalism
- Languages
- Law
- Library science
- Linguistics
- Literature
- Novels and short stories
- Philosophy
- Poetry
- Religion
- Teaching
- Visual and performing arts
This does not look like a reputable journal, take a careful look at the website (review and decision in 2 weeks? publishes everything from library science to industrial relations?). Plus, it is published by “Maryland Institute of Research,” on Beall’s list of potentially questionable publishers. http://scholarlyoa.com/publishers/
I would avoid publishing with journals that have author’s fees, it does not seem reputable.
