Textos Híbridos. Revista de Estudios sobre Crónica y Periodismo Narrativo es una revista arbitrada especializada en el estudio de la relación entre el periodismo y la literatura representada por estos y otros géneros en las áreas geoculturales comprendidas por las designaciones “hispánica”, “latinoamericana”, “lusófona” y “latinx”.*
Por la amplitud de su objeto de estudio, la revista acepta ensayos críticos para su sección de Artículos; reportes de investigación, estudios, entrevistas, notas o colaboraciones, tales como crónicas o escrituras periodístico-literarias para su sección Miscelánea; y reseñas de monografías y antologías, así como artículo-reseñas de varios libros relacionados temáticamente para su sección de Reseñas (consultar la “Información para autores” a ese respecto). Textos Híbridos se publica semestralmente.
I have had a great experience with Textos Híbridos. They responded to my submission a month and a half after the submission deadline and had a quick turn around for publication. I also received good feedback from the editorial board.
I submitted my article to the journal in early March and received an immediate email to acknowledge receipt of the manuscript. Within eight weeks the editorial board had reached a decision. I received good feedback for edits and changes to the final version of the article. The article was published soon thereafter. The entire process was very professional and quick in comparison to many journals. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to submit my work here.
Has anyone recently submitted anything to Textos Hibridos? I have an article sitting with them for 5 months and they haven’t responded to any of my queries except the original automated email of acceptance of having received the submission.
